One plan for your family's money.
Snap the receipt, drop in the statement, and see together where every euro goes. Your bank password stays with you.
Income this month
Demo household. Targets follow the month's real income.
Household money rarely sits in one place.
One of you is paid in euros, the other in dollars. Rent leaves from one bank, the car loan from another, and the receipts end up in a coat pocket. Someone starts a spreadsheet in January. By March nobody opens it.
Your bank's app only sees that bank. Most budgeting apps want your online banking login, and plenty of them have never heard of your bank. So the two of you end up guessing where the month went.
Set it up in one evening. Keep it up in minutes.
Add your accounts
Every bank and the cash in the drawer, each in its own currency. Totals show in the currency you pick.
Give income a plan
Split what came in this month into envelopes by percentage. When income changes, the targets change with it.
Let the AI do the typing
Photograph a receipt or drop in your bank's statement. You check the lines, and it files them.
A receipt photo goes in. Sorted lines come out.
The AI reads the shop, the date, the total and every line, suggests a category, and keeps the photo with the transaction. One receipt can be split between groceries and household.
Statements from any bank
Download a CSV or Excel file from online banking and drop it in. Revolut files are recognised as they are. For other banks the AI works out the columns. Your rules sort the rest, duplicates are skipped, and nothing is saved until you've looked it over.
Your bank login stays yours
Kinjar doesn't connect to your bank and never asks for your online banking password. You decide which files it sees.
This week in the household Demo
Both of you, on the same page.
Your partner joins with an invite code and sees the same ledger: the same accounts, the same envelopes, the same plan. No more forwarding screenshots or asking who paid the electricity.
One plan covers up to five members of a household.
For money that lives in more than one country.
Salary in dollars, a car loan in euros, savings at another bank. Each account keeps its own currency (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF and others), daily exchange rates bring everything to one total, and a transfer between accounts records the exchange and the fee.
Only one account in one currency? That works just as well.
| Account | Balance | In euros |
|---|---|---|
| RevolutEUR | €2,480.00 | €2,480.00 |
| HSBCUSD | $4,820.40 | €4,434.77 |
| WiseUSD | $1,350.00 | €1,242.00 |
| CashEUR | €180.00 | €180.00 |
| Total in euros | €8,336.77 |

Questions
When can we start using it?
The app is built and in use. Public sign-up and billing are the last pieces, and we expect them in the coming weeks. Join the early-access list and we'll email you the day it opens.
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. Kinjar never connects to your bank. You add transactions by importing a statement file, photographing a receipt, or typing them in.
Which banks does it work with?
Any bank that lets you download a statement as CSV or Excel. Revolut files are recognised directly. For other banks the AI reads the layout, and you check the result before anything is saved.
Can my partner and I use it together?
Yes. Your partner joins with an invite code and sees the same ledger. One plan covers up to five members of a household.
What does the AI see?
Only the receipts and statements you upload. They go to Anthropic or OpenAI to be read, and the extracted lines come back to your ledger. The privacy notice lists both providers.
We only have one bank account. Is it still for us?
Yes. Multiple banks and currencies are there when you need them. The envelopes, receipts and shared plan work the same with a single account.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial lasts 30 days with every feature and no card. If you don't subscribe, the account becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Romanian. Each person in the household picks their own language.
